Website Purchases

Purchases made on our website are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, tax, receipts, and the underlying payment transaction.

Requesting a Refund

If you would like to request a refund for a website purchase of Nexus Server Dashboard, contact us within 14 days of purchase and include the Paddle receipt email or transaction ID:

  1. Email support@nexus-server.app
  2. Include the email address used at checkout
  3. Include your Paddle transaction ID or receipt
  4. Briefly tell us what went wrong so we can help fast

Refund Window

Website purchases are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. Once approved, the refund is processed through Paddle back to the original payment method.

Mac App Store Purchases

If you purchased through Apple instead of our website, Apple's App Store policies apply and refunds must be requested directly from Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.

Try Before You Buy

Nexus Server Dashboard includes a Demo mode that allows you to explore the full interface without connecting to any server. We encourage you to use Demo mode to evaluate the app before purchasing.

If you are experiencing technical issues with the app, please visit our Support page before requesting a refund. Many issues can be resolved quickly.
